1、連接風(fēng)機進口端管路時，請一定要將風(fēng)機進口法蘭蓋住，以免異物比如焊渣進入風(fēng)機，連接管路前請清理干凈進、出口管路內(nèi)的異物。

2、檢查機械、儀表安裝情況，查看有無松動，對于直聯(lián)羅茨風(fēng)機檢查聯(lián)軸器、柱銷、螺母有無松動;對于帶聯(lián)風(fēng)機檢查皮帶的松緊度是否合適，有冷卻水的檢查冷卻水閥門開關(guān)是否好用，水路是否通暢。
2. 3、檢查風(fēng)機油箱油標油位線的高度，是否在油標紅點中間位置。機油選擇粘稠度低的機油。
